For firm staff
Clients and compliance
- Add and update a client (managers): keep the firm's client list current.
- Generate a client's compliance tasks and deadlines (managers): set up the recurring filings and deadlines a client owes.
Daily work
- Work my tasks day to day (all staff): the task board — statuses, checklists, comments, and one-off tasks.
- Follow a service's deadlines in Suivi (managers, and employees via "mine only"): one grid per service showing where every client stands, with a late-only backlog view.
- See deadlines on the calendar (all staff, plan feature): the month view over the same tasks.
Time
- Log and submit my time (employees): record the time you work and submit it for approval.
- Review and approve the team's time (managers): work the approval queue.
Insight
- Run reports and export the data (owners and managers; employees if granted): the firm's analytics tabs and CSV/Excel/PDF export.
Running the firm's account
- Start or change my subscription (owners): manage the firm's plan and billing.
- Invite a teammate (owners and managers): add staff to the firm.
- Set up your firm (owners, managers where permitted): statuses, the service catalog and checklists, and role permissions.
Your account
- Manage my account (all staff): profile, language, password, MFA, and your privacy rights (consent, data export, deletion).
Help while you work
- Ask the AI assistant (all staff): get answers over your firm's data, attach documents (PDF or image) for it to read, and let the assistant propose actions you approve.
